Contact

Contacts in BotSpace are your customers — users of your product and leads you’ve had contact with.

Conversation

A conversation happens when someone sends a message and another person replies. A user, or a teammate can start a conversation. You can see your conversations in your inbox in BotSpace, and users can see their conversation in their respective channel eg. WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram etc.
