Difference between a workflow & survey

So, Workflows and Surveys are very similar to each other except for the fact that Survey has an additional feature called ‘ Responses’.

In a Survey, whatever input a customer provides, all of it is recorded in the ‘Responses’ Tab. And, the responses can be later exported into an excel file too.

Below are the steps mentioned to check the Responses of a Survey and exporting it.

Step 1: From your Dashboard’s Homepage, click on ‘Automation’ > ‘Surveys’.
