Follow the steps mentioned below to send abandoned cart recovery message:
Step 1: From Homepage, go to ‘Automations’.
Step 2: Create a new workflow.
Step 3: Select the trigger as “Abandon Cart”.
Step 4: Click on “+” button and then, click on “Send template message” action.
Step 5: Select the template that you want to send to the customer and then click on ‘Save’.
There you go! This is how abandoned cart message notifications are set up.
