BotSpace pricing explained

At BotSpace, we believe in Value Based Pricing to ensure our customers only pay for what they use and benefit equally from our services. Our pricing plans are built on the foundations of transparency and simplicity, allowing businesses to clearly understand their costs without hidden fees.

BotSpace offers three core plans- Free, Pro and Premium, which are priced according to add-ons and personal customisations.

Each plan determines the monthly seat price. Seats depend on the requirements of your business and there’s no upper or lower limit to the number of seats you can add with any plan.
Regardless of the plan you choose, all options include WhatsApp and Instagram automation.

Regardless of Free plan, the Paid plans are billed on the basis of how many contacts you engage.
A contact is only engaged if it’s involved in a two-way communication, that is, it sends an incoming message and receives (at least one) outgoing message in a month.
This ensures that you’re billed based on active interactions, aligning costs and actual usage.
Note: Check our to know how we specify tiers according to the number of contacts engaged.

Add-ons

Pro plans also offer add-ons that can be easily added or removed at any time.

Rex AI Agent
Rex AI is an advanced conversational AI agent designed to handle customer inquiries with human-like precision with 24/7 availability.
It’s available for ₹10 per resolution.

AI Copilot
AI Copilot is an intelligent assistant for human agents, offering real-time suggestions, automated responses, and knowledge-based recommendations. You can use AI Copilot for up to 10 conversations per seat per month at no cost, or you can upgrade to unlimited AI Copilot access for ₹750 per seat per month.
AI Insights
Instead of relying on manual feedback collection, AI Insights lets you use artificial intelligence to analyze customer conversations, providing you with Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores and sentiment analysis across 100% of your interactions in real time.
Priced at ₹1,999 per month.

Additional Channels
With every BotSpace account, you can connect one communication channel for free (either WhatsApp or Instagram), and any additional channels can be added to support your business better.
You can add extra channels at ₹750 per month per channel.

Other than these, our Premium plan lets any custom addition (which is not currently listed) according to the needs of the business.
