How to Create/Edit Lead Statuses
Navigate to the Settings.
Go to the Statuses & Pipelines page.
To create a new Lead Status, type the name of the status in the Status Name box and click Add.
To edit an existing Lead Status, click the pencil icon next to the status you want to update & change the name accordingly.
To delete a Lead Status, click the bin icon next to the status you want to delete:
If there are some leads assigned to the status you are trying to delete, you will need to choose a different status to assign to those leads.
Once you’ve assigned the leads to a different status, you can then click Delete.
To edit the order that the statuses appear, hover your mouse over the lead status you want to re-order, then click & drag the status using the 2 bars icon.
