Situations when you might have to create a new contact
When dealing with clients, whether in the Sales Process or after the sale, the client may request we speak to someone else to organise certain things, like the Solar Victoria rebate or the system’s installation.
In this case, you would create a new Contact in Close so we can associate them with this lead.
Examples
This might be someone’s partner (husband or wife).
In a commercial scenario, it might be a manager or another representative of the company.

Method
In the Lead page, locate the Contacts section on the left side.
Press the + icon to create a new contact.
Type in the new contact details
Name
Title (e.g. General Manager, Customer Service Representative, CEO, etc.)
