Automatic Diallers


Note: You will need to create a filtered Smart View before you can call using either of the automatic diallers.


How to call using the Power Dialler

ok

Features:

Calls one lead at a time.
Multiple people can call the same list, each person will call from a number of their own choosing.
Will automatically switch to show the lead you are calling on your screen.
Best option for calling the Fresh Leads.
Navigate to the Smart View you want to call using the Power Dialler.
Ensure you have the correct number selected for your outbound calls.
On the top right of the page, there is a button with a Phone icon that you can use to start calling the list using the power dialler.
If the icon shown is a lightning bolt instead of a phone, this means this list is set up to call with the predictive dialler. Follow the steps in the video to switch to the power dialler.

If you click on the dropdown arrow next to this button, you will have the options to either Continue calling the list from where it was previously left off OR Start from scratch.
If this Smart View is accessible by more than one person in your organisation, make sure to check if someone else is calling the list before clicking Start from scratch as the other people in your team may have already called some of the leads. ​

When ready, start calling using your preferred option (Start from scratch or Continue Calling).

How to call using the Predictive Dialler

ok

Features:

Calls multiple leads at a time.
Everyone who is calling the Smart View will call using the same group number.
Best option for calling Aged or Cold leads.
Navigate to the Smart View you want to call using the Predictive Dialler.
On the top right of the page, there is a button with a lightning bolt icon that you can use to start calling the list using the Predictive Dialler.
If the icon shown is a phone instead of lightning bolt, this means this list is set up to call with the Power Dialler. Follow the steps in the video to switch to the Predictive Dialler.

Ensure you have the correct group number selected for your outbound calls. ​
