Assign a note

You can convert a note into a task by assigning it to your team members, who will be notified accordingly. The note's status can be changed for better accountability and traceability.
Note Statuses:
Open: The note's default state after being assigned to a team member is open, indicating that it has not yet been worked on.
Resolved: A team member may change the note's status to resolved if they consider the problem has been fixed. This change will be highlighted in the note's comment section.
Re-Open: The team can reopen the resolved note if it isn't satisfactory.
To assign a note to a user in your workspace:
Select the note you want to assign, and click on the icon at the bottom left
Select the user that you want to assign the note to and click on ‘Confirm’
You can see the updated assignee on the note as shown below

The note card information in the notes panel shows users the note's status in the upper right corner.
