Mention stakeholders

Convey your message directly without the risk of losing it in the conversation thread. Mention your guys in the comment box to notify them regarding the comment. Follow the steps listed below to mention someone.

1. Open the note in which you want to put your comment(s)

2. Type @ symbol in the textbox at the bottom to view the list of stakeholders in your workspace

3. Select your guy, type your comment, and click on the arrow icon to post your comment
