Give Feedback

In case you see any issues with the outputs:

Begin adding your feedback

Click on Awaiting Approval button

Click on the Add Feedback Button.

Click on the desired point on the map where correction is required.

Add a title to the Feedback and write the description.

You can take a snapshot of the map where you see the issue and paste it into the description.

Click on the Post button to submit the feedback.

2. View the status of your feedback

Feedback will appear in the Open Feedback Panel - you can click on the feedback card to open the feedback again.

Further, if you select Open Feedback, you will be able to view the list of feedback provided on the property data

3. Approve the order once the feedback has been addressed

Once the feedback is processed and outputs are updated, a notification will be sent to you by email and on the platform. If there is any confusion, the SiteRecon team may comment on the feedback or contact you to clarify. After feedback resolution,

Open the property by clicking on the email or notification.

Click on Awaiting Review Panel of feedback

Review the updated data, and if the issue is resolved, click the Approve button on the feedback

If the issue is not yet resolved, click on the Reopen button and add a comment on the feedback.

If all the feedback has been resolved, click the Approve button on the panel to get the measurement export options.
