How do you invite someone to the workspace?

In the settings menu, from the Team Management section,

Click the Invite People button. You can also invite people by selecting the ‘Manage Team’ button on your profile section drop down menu

2. Enter the email address of the user you'd like to invite to the workspace.

3. Define user role in workspace - When inviting a user, click on Invite as you can specify whether the user will be a Creator, Viewer, or Guest.

4. Define the user's data access - In the workspace, you can grant the user access to all properties or invited properties only.

⁠

5. After that, click Send Invite, and the invited user will receive an email from SiteRecon inviting them to join the workspace.

⁠

⁠

You can also share the Organization code with the user in order for them to join the workspace.
