How to update your billing admin?

Keeping your billing details up to date is crucial for seamless project management and uninterrupted access to SiteRecon’s powerful mapping and estimation tools. Whether you're transferring financial responsibilities to a new team member or ensuring smoother operations, updating your Billing Admin is a quick and simple process.
Follow this step-by-step guide to make the change and keep your team focused on what matters—faster bids, efficient workflows, and winning more landscaping projects.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log in to Your SiteRecon Account

Go to and sign in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to Billing Settings

Click on your Profile Icon (usually in the top-right corner).
Select Manage Subscriptions from the dropdown menu.

3. Locate the Billing Admin Section

Find the section that displays your workspace’s subscription plan and billing details.
Select the link “Update Billing Admin”.

4. Update the Billing Admin Information

You will be able to see a pop-up with your existing admin details

Enter the new Billing Admin’s name and email address:

5. Verify & Save Changes

Ensure the new admin has access to the email address entered.
Click on ‘Check Payment Method’ and share the OTP sent to the email address provided

6. Add payment method to billing admin email address

Incase our system does not identify a payment method associated with your updated billing email address, you will need to update the same by clicking on ‘Update Payment Method’.

Add your payment details (card details) via Stripe

Please note: If you add more than 1 card details here, you will need to select one card and set it as the ‘Default’ option for SiteRecon to process its billing.
Once you have added your details, you will be redirected to the ‘Update Billing Admin’ modal. Please select ‘Check Again’ for the system to recheck the associated payment methods with your new billing email address.
Select ‘Update Billing Details’ to save changes and successfully update your billing admin details!

Key Details & Tips

Only admins can make this update – If you don’t have admin permissions, ask the current Billing Admin to make the change.
Ensure smooth transitions – Let the new Billing Admin know they'll be responsible for future invoices and payments.
Want to add more than one payment method? – You can add more than one card to your account by following the same steps on the Stripe link or from the ‘Update Subscription’ section.
