User roles in SiteRecon are classified into four levels. Inviting someone to a specific role gives them access to a particular level.
Admin
Being Admin of the workspace, you can -
Control the workspace.
Order new properties
View and Edit all the properties in the workspace.
Access and Edit all the views of all the properties in the workspace.
Manage the credit system of the workspace.
Invite other users such as Creator, Viewer, or Guest.
Once users are added you can make them additional Admin of the workspace.
Define property-level access for each user in the workspace; you can choose between all workspace properties access and Invited properties only access.
You can invite users to a property with Editing or Viewing rights.
Define the access level for each property in the workspace; you can choose between - Everyone in the workspace can access it, Only people invited to the file can access it, or Anyone in the link can access it (public link).
Remove users from properties.
Delete users from the workspace.
Re-invite removed users to the workspace.
Creator
Being the creator of the workspace, you can -
Order new properties.
View and Edit properties in the workspace depending on permission level access set by the admin and the properties created by other creators.
Access and Edit all the views of a property.
Create new views of a property.
You can invite users to a property with Editing or Viewing rights.
Define the access level of a property in the workspace; you can choose between - Everyone in the workspace can access, Only people invited to the file can access, or Anyone in the link can access(public link).
Remove users from properties.
Viewer
Being a Viewer of the workspace, you can -
View properties in the workspace depending upon permission level access set by the Admin.
Edit a property only if the Admin or Creator gives permission.
You can invite other users to a property with Viewing rights.
Guest
Being a Guest in the workspace, you can -
You can view the properties to which you are invited.
