Downloading a Property

Plato has introduced an exciting new enhancement - Offline Mode!
This feature enables users to access saved properties and create notes on them even when they have low internet connectivity while on site.
With Offline Mode, you can create notes on these properties and then sync the changes once you're back online. This ensures seamless site management regardless of connectivity issues.
Here's how to download a property for offline access:

Using the Map View:

Scroll through the different properties that are available on your dashboard
Select the property that you want to download
Select the download button
Wait for the download to complete and the icon to turn green

5. View the downloaded property in your Downloads tab

Using the List View:

Scroll through the different properties that are available on your dashboard
Select the property that you want to download
Select the download button
Wait for the download to complete and the icon to turn green

5. View the downloaded property in your Downloads tab

6. You can search and open this property even when you're not connected to the internet.
