Invite users

When you invite a user, you can use their email ID to grant them access to the property data. Depending on their role and contribution, you can assign them either 'restricted' access, which only allows them to view but not modify the data, or 'complete’ access, which will enable them to view and modify the data.

Click on the invite icon on your property dashboard to invite an admin, creator, or viewer.

Enter one or multiple emails separated by a comma.

Select the role you want to assign them: a creator, an admin, or a viewer. You can find information about the access and restrictions for each role on the page.

You can also restrict their property access under the data access section.

Finally, click "Send Invite" to invite them to SiteRecon.

As an inviter, you can also provide your organization's code for them to conveniently paste into their invitation pop-up.
