Add feedback on the property

Your feedback is crucial to us. If you notice any discrepancies in the measurements provided by SiteRecon, we're here to listen. You can use the Notes feature to add your observations as feedback, which will be directly assigned to our team for review.

Only Available in the "Awaiting Approval" order stage.

Feedback notes are automatically assigned to the SiteRecon Team and resolved on priority. Our team will connect to update you on turnaround time.

Feedback can only be added on a property after SiteRecon has delivered the measurements.

Open your property map⁠

on which SiteRecon has delivered measurements

2. Click on the add note icon on the map screen

3. Check the Add as a feedback checkbox on the bottom left corner

4. Mention the title and description, and attach images/videos (if needed) for references

⁠

⁠

⁠

As and when needed, you can delete, re-open, or approve a feedback. The approved feedback will not be displayed on the notes panel.
