Move or edit notes

1. Move the notes pin

Select the option to Change location and move the note pin to the new location on the map. The location of the note will be updated.

2. Edit the Notes content

Change/remove assignee

You can update the assignee at any time for a given task. The assigned person will be notified via email. Follow the steps below to change or remove the assignee.
1. Click on the Note
2. Click on the three dots to open the options panel
3. Choose the Edit Note option
4. Click on the Assignee option
5. If you want to remove the existing assignee - click on their name
6. If you want to add more assignees - click on the other names you need to from the drop down list

3. Edit the tags list

If you want to remove or add more tags to your existing notes, you should -
1. Click on the Note
2. Click on the three dots to open the options panel
3. Choose the Edit Note option
4. Select the Tags option
5. To remove the existing tag - click on the checkbox to deselect the tag
6. To add a new tag - click on the checkbox (a tick should appear inside the box) to select the tag

You can also input your own tag(s) by entering the name of the tag you want to create. Once that is done you can select the checkbox and click on Add Tag

4. Resolve/reopen a note/task

Once the assigned note/task has been addressed well, you can choose to close/resolve them so everyone stays on the same page. Similarly, you can reopen a note or a task if need be.
Follow the steps below to resolve or a note/task:
1. Open the note directly from the property-map screen or you can access the same note from the top-right corner of the screen as shown below.
2. Click on Resolve

3. Once resolved, you would need to check the Show Resolved checkbox to view the resolved note.

4. Click on the resolved note to open it in a pop-up and then click on Reopen as shown below

5. Close an opened note

If you open a note to view its details or the person assigned, you can close it by clicking anywhere outside of the note pop-up. You can also click on the three dots and select the second menu item Close to do so.

6. Delete a note

If you want to remove a note permanently from your property data, you have the option to delete it.
Click on the Note
Click on the three dots to open the options panel
Select the Delete option to delete the note permanently
