Move or edit notes

2.1 Move the notes pin

Left-click the note you want to reposition and drag it to the new coordinate. Once you have moved your note successfully, release the left click.

2.2 Edit the Notes content

Change/remove assignee

You can update the assignee at any time for a given task. The assigned person will be notified via email. Follow the steps below to change or remove the assignee.
From your property-map screen, click on the note n (where n=1, 2, 3...) whose assignee you want to update. Or you can also:
Click on the Notes button on the top-right corner of the page to view the list of notes
Click on the note whose assignee you want to update
2. Click on the three dots to open the options panel
3. Choose the Edit option and then select the Next button. Make sure that you do not change the title or description of the note (unless required)
4. On the next screen, click on the assignee box to get a dropdown of names – choose the new assignee and click on Post.
To remove an assignee, simply untick the checkbox corresponding to that option. You can also click on the tiny X icon in the assignee box. Once done, click on Post.

Add/remove IDs from the linked layers

Even after you have got your property created with all the features/layers you wanted, you can still choose to update your IDs. Follow the steps mentioned below:
1. From your property-map screen, click on the note pin in which you want to link or delink an ID from the linked layer.
Or you can also:
Click on the Notes button on the top-right corner of the page to view the list of notes
Click on the note in which you want to update an ID(s)
2. Click on the three dots to open the options panel
3. Choose the Edit option and then select the Next button. Make sure that you do not change the title or description of the note (unless required)
4. Click on the small Edit button under the second option to view the list of linked layers/features. You can click on arrows against each linked layer/feature to expand the respective IDs.
To add an ID, tick the corresponding checkbox and select Done. To remove an ID, untick the corresponding checkbox and select Done.

Edit the tags list

Depending upon the current status of the job, you can edit the existing set of tags to ensure real-time transparency. This will also help you keep track of the job.
1. From your property-map screen, click on the note pin in which you want to edit the tags.
Or you can also:
Click on the Notes button on the top-right corner of the page to view the list of notes
Click on the note in which you want to edit the tags
2. Click on the three dots to open the options panel
3. Choose the Edit option and then select the Next button. Make sure that you do not change the title or description of the note (unless required)
4. Enable the third option by clicking on the checkbox (if not already enabled), and enter suitable tags from the dropdown list.
You can also input your own tag(s) by selecting the Enter Custom Tag option. A pop-up box will appear asking for the new tag name, click on the Add Tag button once done.

2.3 Resolve/reopen a note/task

Once the assigned note/task has been addressed well, you can choose to close them so everyone stays on the same page. Similarly, you can reopen a note or a task if need be.
Follow the steps below to resolve or reopen a note/task:
1. Open the note directly from the property-map screen or you can access the same note from the top-right corner of the screen as shown below.
2. Click on Resolve

3. Once resolved, you would need to check the Show Resolved checkbox to view the resolved note.

4. Click on the resolved note to open it in a pop-up and then click on Reopen as shown below

2.4 Close an opened note

If you open a note to view its details or the person assigned, you can close it by clicking anywhere outside of the note pop-up. You can also click on the three dots and select the second menu item Close to do so.

2.5 Delete a note

If you want to remove a note permanently from your property data and not just resolve it, you have the option to delete it. You can do so by clicking on the three dots in the note pop-up and selecting the last option – Delete.
