Create notes

As a user, you can create geotagged notes on the map to record site conditions, service instructions, enhancement opportunities, or safety issues. Additionally, you can add images, videos, and property diagrams directly on the property map.
Once the property is created, you can effortlessly use the 'Notes' option to track the job's progress and observe the work. This feature is designed to be user-friendly, allowing you to document site conditions, note client requirements, generate site audit reports, and highlight service issues with ease and efficiency.
1. Click on the Note icon on your computer screen, as shown in the image below, and then move your cursor to the exact coordinate where you want to drop a note. Once you click on that coordinate, a pop-up will appear with the title and description fields.

2. Click on the Next button once you have filled in the title and description

3. Next, click on the Post button to create a note. At this step, you can also enable any of the given three options as per your requirement. Read more on these features later in this article.
You can enable the first option and choose the assignee from the dropdown menu.
The second option will help you link the note to the corresponding layer/shape. The layer will be highlighted if this note is selected.
Using the third option, you can organize your notes by labeling them against various tags. This option also allows you to create your own tags – select the Enter Custom Tag menu item from the dropdown.

At any point, you can click outside of the pop-up to return to the map screen. Then click on the note icon to disable it.

1.4 Layers

Decide what you want to see on your property-map screen – choose the features to be included in your parcel by selecting the specific layers.

What are linked layers?

While creating notes on the property map, you can always drop your notes against a particular feature – parking lot, sidewalk, pavement, turf, etc. These layers, once associated with a noted, are termed linked layers.

How to link them?

You can either link your notes to a specific layer whilst creating the note itself (refer to the Create Notes article above), or open an existing note to which you want to link a layer.
Click on the Notes button on the top-right corner of the page to view the list of notes
Click on the note to which you want to link a layer
Click on the three dots to open the options panel
Choose the Edit option and then select the Next button
Tick the second checkbox to enable the Edit button to be able to link the right layer to the opened note

1.5 Tags

Add tags to the property
