ID Badge Information

Employees, including substitutes, must wear their ID badge all times in the building.

Badges typically take 3-5 days to sync with the door locks

How to get your ID badge:

Staff IDs will be requested for them upon their start date with Ballantyne Ridge and the ID will be delivered to their school mailbox upon completion from the CMS Graphic Production Center. Please email an ID-style photo to

jilliand.frankl@cms.k12.nc.us⁠

. To avoid delays, be sure it meets the following requirements:

Look directly at camera

Neutral or blank background

No hats, sunglasses, or facemasks

If your badge stops working with the door locks:

Email

badges@cms.k12.nc.us⁠

Provide the 18-digit ID number from the back of your badge

Request that it be reactivated for Ballantyne Ridge High School

Expect it to take 3-5 days to activate

How to replace a lost ID badge:

Replacement Badges will only be ordered for those that have been lost or are no longer operable. Please report all lost or inoperable badges to
