NEW THIS YEAR
: All students must turn in a signed
Technology Agreement
before device can be issued.
Chromebooks will be distributed in Homerooms. When student brings in signed form:
Teacher collects form (please alphabetize and turn in to Weber during planning each day)
Checks off student on
THIS SHEET
Gives student Chromebook and charger
Do not give a student a Chromebook that is labeled with another student’s name
Please submit distribution questions in the form at the bottom of the distribution app

ParentSquare should join Email and Phone Calls as the preferred means to communicate with families.
Unapproved platforms should not be used for any reason
GroupMe, Band, Remind, TalkingPoints, social media apps, text messaging, etc.
Communication with students on unapproved platforms places significant legal liability on the teacher/coach/club leader
5. Teams Link
In the event that school is closed, online meetings will be held on Microsoft Teams.
All teachers should create their meeting link TODAY and turn it in on the form below
DIRECTIONS
Open Microsoft Teams
Go to your Teams Calendar (left hand icon menu)
Click New Meeting (purple button in top-right corner)
Title your meeting
Your Name Remote Learning
Set date for August 26, 2024 (first day of school) - don’t worry about setting a time
Click Save
Find your meeting on your calendar, and click it once
In the pop-up meeting information box, click the Copy icon next to your meeting link and past it in the form below:
