Connect - Connect with why they enquired in the first place. Use questions like:
Have you found what you were looking for, or are you still looking?
Do you know what you’re looking for?
So when you saw the ad, what was it that attracted your attention?
Anything else that attracted you?
Understand their Situation - Understand their situation regarding the problem.
Who are you with for power? Any particular reason you went with them?
How much are you paying on power every month or quarter?
How long have you been living in the home? Has the bill always been at that amount?
There’s no for sale sign out the front, is there?
Is it just yourself living there, or is there a family you also care for?
