Commissions are paid once we receive money from the installers for a sale.

Commissions are calculated based on the following criteria:

The Appointment Setter role is broken up into 2 positions:

Sales Development Representative

Completes outbound calls to Aged & Cold leads
Books in Triage calls with the Sales Development Specialists

Sales Development Specialist

Completes outbound calls to Fresh, Warm, Aged & Cold leads
Completes Triage calls and books Solar Assessments with the Solar Specialist

Commissions

If you are using your leads and your CloseCRM account, this is how the commissions would work:

Sales Development Representative - $150
This means that if you make an outbound call & book a Triage call with one of our Specialists, you would get $150 for your work once the Client gets their solar system installed and payment is made.
Sales Development Specialist - $150
This means that if you complete a Triage call & book a sales call with one of the Specialists, you would get $150 for your work once the Client gets their solar system installed and payment is made.
