Triage Script
There will usually be three circumstances to use this script for Triages, which means three different ways to start. One is if this is a booked triage on your calendar by yourself or an outbound rep. Two will be if calling fresh leads. The third is after completing the previous section, the Aged Lead script, and gaining time permission to proceed with the triage questions.
