Sending SMS messages

This SOP will outline how to send an SMS in Close

Method

Navigate to the customer’s Lead page.
Click the SMS button at the top of the page.
Alternatively you can click the SMS button next to the specific contact you want to send the SMS to.
You can either write the body of the SMS freehand or you can select a template from the Choose a template box to the right of the To box.
Once you are done and happy with your SMS, click Send.
You can also schedule the SMS to be sent at a later date by clicking the Send later button and choosing the date and time you want it to be sent.
