Custom Activities

How to Create Custom Activities

Navigate to the Settings.

Go to the Custom Activities settings page. ​

Click the + New Activity Type button. ​

Give the custom activity a name.
If needed, you can also Restrict which roles in your organisation can use the custom activity. ​

Once the custom activity is created, you will be able to create Custom Fields for this specific custom activity in the same way you created custom fields in the previous module. ​

Add as many custom fields as you wish to track relevant data about the custom activity.

How to Edit Existing Custom Activities

In the Custom Activity settings page, find on the custom activity you want to edit & click on it’s name. ​

Edit the custom fields inside the custom activity as required.
To edit the Name or Restriction for a custom activity, click the cog icon on the top right of the screen. ​
