This SOP will outline how to send an email from Close.

Method

Navigate to the customer’s Lead page.
Click the Email button at the top of the page.
Alternatively you can click the Email button next to the specific contact you want to send the email to.
You can either write the body of the email freehand or you can select a template from the Choose a template box to the right of the Subject box.
Once you are done and happy with your email, click Send.
You can also schedule the email to be sent at a later date by clicking the Send later button and choosing the date and time you want it to be sent.
You can also set up a reminder in your inbox if the customer does not reply by a certain date.
