User permissions allows the owner of the account or school owner set limits to what collaborators (accountants/ bursar, employees and school admin managers) can do or see on the Schoolable app. This enables him have total control of his schoolable account.
Transactions:
A school owner can decide that the bursar is only allowed to make payment or payroll requests, and not approve them. See the image below. This will enable him have full knowledge of every money leaving his account.
Transaction Notifications:
This permission selects who is allowed to receive debit or credit alerts in the school whenever a transaction is carried out.
Feature Access:
This permission selects who can have access to some of information on some of the features of the app, e.g, payroll, account balance, etc.

Enable User Permissions
On Schoolable Pay, all user permissions are automatically enabled for the school director because he or she is the one overseeing the affairs of the school. This means that the school director has access to every aspect of the school- from finance to administrative aspects.
However, to enable employees in your school to perform specific duties on Schoolable Pay, you have to grant them permission. This means that for your school accountant to perform his/her finance duties in your school using the Schoolable Pay system, you have to grant him/her permission to access the finance management features.
To assign user permissions to your employees, follow these steps:
Under Payment Setup, click "User Permissions" Check the boxes to select what documents employees in your school can have access to Click "Update Permissions" Editing User Permissions
