Here, you fill in details about your school to set up your school’s profile. This is important because it will help parents see your school’s name and your contact information whenever you send out invoices to them. Fill in:
Your School’s name
Your Contact email
Your Phone number
The City and State where your school is located
Your school’s website
The Country your school is located in and the currency used for payments
Most importantly, select what type of school you run
Update your school’s logo
Click “Update school settings”.

To update your School’s Logo:
Click “Update your logo”
Select the logo from your documents saved on your system, or from your phone
Click “Ok” to upload the picture.

To create a transaction PIN
Go to “Your Profile”
Scroll to “Transaction PIN” and click “Setup Transaction Pin”
Input your new PIN and confirm it
Click “Setup PIN”

To change your transaction PIN, follow these steps:
Type your old PIN
Type your new PIN
Confirm new PIN by typing it again
Click “Update PIN”

FAQs

Can I change the name of my school?

Yes, you can. To do so, head to “Account Setup”, Click “School settings”. Under “School Name”, you can change the name of your school.

What are the access level controls on the account?

Schoolable has a powerful access level control system that only grants access to approved users. All approvals come from the admin user who is typically a director, CFO or the school owner.

Can I run multiple campuses with one Schoolable account?

Yes, you can run and view multiple campus activities from one Schoolable dashboard

How do I change my personal details?

After you’ve been logged in, Click on “Your Profile”, scroll to the last option on the left hand side. You can then begin to change your personal details.

How do I create a PIN?

To create a transaction PIN, go to “My Profile” and set a transaction pin under “Transaction PIN”
