Archiving an invoice

In any case where an invoice is no longer needed, it can not be deleted. Rather, it can be archived; that is, it will no longer be visible to you or to the parents. To archive an invoice, follow these steps:
Click “Invoices”
Scroll to the invoice generated for the student.
Click on the three dots by the right
Click “Archive”
A confirmation box will pop up asking if you really want to archive the invoice. Click “Yes! Archive it”

This is not the way.
Try clicking the ··· in the right corner or using a keyboard shortcut (
CtrlP
) instead.
