On your Invoice dashboard, you can see a list of all the invoices you’ve generated for students in your school. You can also see the total number of invoices generated in your school, the total amount received for the invoices generated, the percentage of the invoices you’ve gotten, and the amount pending payment from parents.
You can search for student’s invoices using “Filter” by selecting the payment statuses: paid, partly paid, or unpaid, the session and term, amount, classes or any the date between which they were generated. You can also download an invoice by clicking “Download invoice report”. An excel sheet containing your invoice details will be downloaded on your system.
