Balance History
Balance history shows your account balance and a record of all monies sent from your account. It shows:
The date of the transaction
The activity (whether it’s a transfer or a withdrawal)
The channel through which money was deducted from your account
The amount that was sent out from your account
Your remaining balance after the transfer
To view the details of a particular transfer in your balance history, do this:
Click on
Balance History
Scroll to the particular transfer you want to view the details of
Click on the three dots by the right
Click
“View Transaction Details”
The details of the transaction will be shown to you immediately. Click
“Export csv”
to download the transaction details.
