Wallet Settlement

Wallet settlement means settling all invoices paid into your school in your Schoolable account. This means, all the school fees paid in your school will be settled in your main account (your Schoolable account) instead of different settlement accounts. To activate this setting, click on “Settle invoice payment into my Schoolable wallet.”

Auto-Generate Invoice Inflow

This feature allows you generate invoices, automatically, for parents who pay school fees without invoices being generated initially. When you select this option, it means that whenever a payment is made into your schoolable account for school fees, an invoice will automatically be generated by the system, which you can either send to the family accounts thereafter, alongside a receipt, or just save it for record keeping. To activate this, click on “Automatically generates invoices on inflow to family accounts if no invoice exists.”

Notification Preferences

Invoice Notifications
You can select the frequency in which you want to remind parents to settle their invoice debts by checking any of the buttons listed under Invoice Notifications.

Payment Addons

This shows the service charge on invoices generated. NOTE: The service charge is fixed- #300. It is automatically set for the parents to pay the invoice charge and it appears on the students’ invoices automatically. This means parents will be paying an additional #300 to whatever fee their children are supposed to pay.

However, in any case where the school decides to change the setting and share the fee charge with parents, the school can type in the amount they want to pay and it will be reduced from the parents’ charge:

Click “Update School Settings to update whatever changes you make to your Payment Preferences.
Only the school owners can see and adjust the Addons charges.
