By factoring in critical elements such as recovery, readiness, and past workout data — including metrics like rep acceleration, velocity, range of motion, and more — Train Fitness ensures you receive the most effective workout recommendations for your current state in real time.
You can change individual exercises or other workout preferences, and our system will re-optimize the workout to incorporate these changes effectively. This adaptability ensures that your workout remains aligned with your evolving goals and physical condition.
Progressive Learning in Workout Generation
Over time, Train Fitness’ Neural Kinetic Profiling™ fine-tunes its recommendations, providing more personalized and effective workouts and exercises. Meanwhile, the Smart Weights feature leverages your workout history and profile to determine the most suitable weight recommendations.
Typically, after about five workouts, Train Fitness has collected enough data on your movement patterns and abilities to provide more accurate exercise and weight suggestions. If you have logged fewer than five workouts, the suggested weights and reps will be set to default values or estimated based on your demographic information—such as age and gender—along with your fitness goals and experience level.
