Sync with Apple HealthKit / Fitness

Train Fitness syncs with Apple Health, ensuring all your Health Data is controlled by you under one roof. Workouts saved on Train Fitness will create workout sessions in Apple Fitness, close your fitness rings, and write directly to HealthKit.
The Apple Watch permits only one workout session to run at a time – meaning you cannot simultaneously run the Train Fitness app and the native Apple Fitness (or any other fitness) app. This is by design. If you are trying to do this, you should instead be enabling Health Permissions on Train Fitness, and use the Train Fitness app to write health and fitness data.
