Supersets are used when you are alternating between two distinct exercise types in successive fashion. Train Fitness will automatically detect when a superset pattern occurs, and prompt you to ask if you want to create a superset.
If you do not want supersets to be created automatically, you candisable supersets from the settings either on your Apple Watch or iPhone.
If you want supersets to always be created without a prompt, you can turn off “Ask Me” from your Train Fitness Settings. This will automatically create a superset without first prompting you to confirm.
