Train Fitness leverages Apple HealthKit to measure and track your calories during a workout. This is the same system used in the native Apple Fitness app, and relies on your biometric data, heartrate, and motion to accurately predict calories.
If you feel your calorie count is incorrect, please check your Apple HealthKit biometric data to ensure your age, gender, height, and weight are correctly inputted.
Should you need to modify or edit your calorie count for a given workout, you can do this from the iPhone app after a workout has been saved.
