Watch Orientation & Wrist

Train Fitness uses the motion of your Apple Watch to predict what exercise you are doing.
When you set up your Apple Watch, you set the orientation and hand you wear your watch on. It is crucial that these settings match how you actually wear your watch for auto-detection to function properly. A mismatch of settings and actual orientation will cause auto-detection to fail.
