Thought Leadership

This handbook should not just be Coda on Coda. Sure, how we work is great (10/10 highly recommend!) but let’s make sure this ultimate handbook covers perspectives from different teams, not just ours.
So how can you help?
Goal: Connect, get some insights and quotes we can use for the People handbook, and share templates / gauge for potential co-builds.
Ask: Tap into People contacts in your network, and connect to learn more about their People rituals and pain points
Please tap in your network and see if anyone is willing to help. Here are optional templates below:
A - simple, no form
Hello [name]. Our team is currently working on a handbook that shares rituals, philosophy, and templated solutions for People teams. Would love to connect with you on [how you run insert workflow/their People rituals]. Let me know if you have time for us to chat!

B - with form
Hey [Name]!
I hope you’ve been well. [Enter any connection point here.]
My team at Coda is working on a handbook around running People teams and we would love to include different voices from others in our world, including you, if you’re up for it. It’d be super low-pressure. Really, we’d just love to pick your brain about common problems you see and/or how your team tackles those.
This can either be attributed to yourself or anonymous but we would love to bring to light the important work of People leaders (like you!) and their impact to their organizations.
I would love to grab time to chat and catch up, but totally understand if things are busy. If it’s easier, here’s you can throw some thoughts, but again, would ideally love to find a few minutes if we can make that happen!

ARCHIVE

The is optional if you find time to chat. Instead please use the questions and you can take notes with this form.
