Please see below for all of our perk offerings! We have two platforms that host our reimbursements — Airbase and Benepass. Please double check the (parenthesis) listed next to each perk to confirm which platform is best suited.

(Payroll)

Coda provides a $150 stipend for internet and cellphone. This is a reoccuring stipend processed via payroll (You do not need to take action to receive this i.e you don’t need to file a reimbursement)
If you’re based outside of the US, you will see $75 added to your paycheck via Deel.

(Benepass)

Every Codan has $2,000/calendar year to use on professional development go/edu

(Benepass)

We want to make sure you have the best work setup. Please use this one-time only $500 allowance to buy anything that will make your setup comfortable. You can use it towards a large bill (e.g. a desk) or for smaller accessories (e.g. lamp, headphones, etc.) that you buy as you need them. This perk does not expire but is a one-time issued perk per Codan.

(Benepass)

We believe that perks should feel like perks, not an extra inconvenience to manage in your day to day. Coda has redesigned our approach to lunch and fitness expenses by rolling these perks into an expanded lifestyle category so you are able to select and prioritize what matters to you. Effective October 1, 2022, all full-time Codans and interns will be enrolled in a $350/month lifestyle perk that can be used on a variety of mental and physical wellbeing. Part-time Codans will receive a pro-rated amount.

(Maven)

You and your partner can now access Maven for free, 24/7 support through your family building and parenting journey. Book appointments with top-rated specialists, get referrals to in-person providers, and more with Maven. This replaces the previously offered Wellness Out of State Travel (Airbase).

Through our partnership with Sequoia One, we have some additional perks to offer you. Please find them listed →
