Coda Badge

Every Codan will be given a Coda badge to access any of the 3 office buildings. Please reach out to the #it-help slack channel to request a badge if you haven’t received one or don’t have one.
When in the office, badges should be carried at all times and visible.

Some quick notes about Verkada Pass.
Please download “Verkada Pass” app to unlock the doors via your phone. By default, every employee will have access to all 3 offices. Download the app, log in using Okta.

If you had a physical badge in the past and unable to locate it, please let me know in #it-help or DM [Contact]

Buildings

Each building has its own card system for building access, separate from Coda Suite access:
Bellevue:
Building does not require a special badge for office hours.
A separate building badge (for off-hours or weekends access) will be issued to you. Unfortunately, we can’t add this access to your Coda badge.
Mountain View:
Building does not require a special badge for office hours.
For after hour access, please reach out to Leah to request a building fob
More info on parking pass can be found at go/mtv
San Francisco:
Coda badge is required to use the elevator to take to our floor
Coda badge is required for after-hour building access

Lost Badge

Please ping IT or email [contact] to report a lost badge!
Even if it’s on a weekend or after hours. The most important thing is to deactivate your old one right away and begin the process to get a new one created for you.
