When you refer to the record values in the triggering record in future actions, the values will be the values at the time the automation was triggered.

If record values have changed since the automation was triggered and you may want the new values.

If you used an Update record action, get the values from this action.

Use a Find records action to find the same record and use the values from this action. (You may need to create a

Record ID⁠

field.

Use a script

If your automation is triggered by the upload of a new attachment, the triggering attachment url at trigger time may be a temporary url.
