Integrating the Vritti model into a communication strategy makes it possible to create more authentic and meaningful relationships by recognising each person's motivations, sensitivities and communication preferences. This strengthens empathy, builds trust, improves collaboration and, ultimately, leads to more effective and harmonious interactions, whether in personal or professional relationships.

Adapting feedback and encouragement

Everyone reacts differently to feedback and encouragement. What motivates one person may discourage another. Using the Vritti model ensures that feedback and communication are personalised, making them more effective.
For example:
personalities need authenticity and uniqueness, so they may appreciate feedback that recognises their creative contributions.
personalities, on the other hand, value directness and strength, so they'll prefer direct feedback that doesn't sugarcoat the truth.
Why it's important: Personalised feedback makes people feel valued and respected, which leads to more positive and productive relationships.

Conflict resolution and prevention of misunderstandings

The Vritti model also makes it easier to prevent conflicts or resolve them by understanding the communication style and sensitivities of each type.
For example:
personalities need space and time to manage their emotions. The urge to react immediately can easily overwhelm them.
personalities, on the other hand, tend to avoid difficult conversations so as not to feel uncomfortable. Being caring but firm can therefore help tackle problems without provoking avoidance.
Why it's important: Knowing how different types react in stressful or conflictual situations allows us to communicate in a way that avoids escalation and promotes mutual understanding.

Collaboration and teamwork

In teams, understanding the Vritti model can help identify each person's strengths and weaknesses, resulting in more balanced and cohesive collaboration. Each personality brings a unique set of skills and perspectives.
For example:
personalities are excellent at achieving goals and ensuring success.
personalities excel at mediating conflict and creating harmony within a group.
personalities are able to identify potential risks and guard against them.
Why this is important: When we build on the strengths of each type and help them meet their challenges, teamwork becomes more effective and harmonious.
