The Collaborative Ways

How to give me feedback

Appreciate my creativity and uniqueness, recognise the personal investment I bring to my work.
Be sensitive and delicate in your criticism, remember that I tend to take comments very personally.
Present feedback as an opportunity for growth, not as a way of conforming to others.
Example: “I love the unique perspective you bring to this project. It could work even better if you'd consider incorporating that element, which could create the perfect balance”.

My conflict resolution method

I approach conflict by seeking emotional authenticity and deeper understanding. I need to express my feelings and feel heard, but I sometimes become overly introspective or dramatic.
When I’m at my best, I use my empathy and insight to bridge emotional gaps and foster genuine reconciliation.

Questions to encourage self-awareness

Do I spend more time longing for what’s missing in my life than appreciating what I have?
How often do I compare myself to others and feel inadequate as a result?
Do I use my emotions to define my identity or as a way to validate my experiences?
Am I hesitant to engage fully in the present because I’m preoccupied with an idealized past or future?
Do I unintentionally distance myself from others by focusing too much on my uniqueness?

Exercises to foster growth and balance

Gratitude for the Present: Each day, list three things you appreciate about your current life, no matter how small.
Engage in Joyful Activity: Do something lighthearted and fun that doesn’t feel "deep" or overly significant. Reflect on how it feels to enjoy simplicity.
Balance Comparison: When you catch yourself comparing, list three unique qualities about yourself that you value. Focus on your strengths.
