The Collaborative Ways

How to give me feedback

Start by acknowledging my achievements and what makes me stand out, remember that I like to be valued.
Formulate the feedback as something that will help me to succeed even more.
Avoid making me feel like I've failed, instead suggest strategies for improvement that will lead me to success.
Example: “You've done a fantastic job achieving all the main objectives. One way to push that even further would be to perfect this part of the process”.

My conflict resolution method

I handle conflict by focusing on solutions that align with shared goals. I prefer to resolve issues efficiently and productively, though I may avoid deeper emotional matters to keep things moving.
When I’m at my best, I balance my drive with empathy, addressing both practical and emotional aspects of the conflict.

Questions to encourage self-awareness

Do I feel like my worth is tied to my achievements or external validation?
How often do I focus on maintaining a polished image rather than being authentic?
Do I overwork or avoid rest because I fear appearing lazy or unproductive?
Am I reluctant to admit failure or vulnerability, even when it might help me connect with others?
Do I prioritize outcomes so strongly that I overlook deeper values or relationships?

Exercises to foster growth and balance

Unplug from Productivity: Dedicate one hour this week to an activity that has no measurable goal—like drawing, walking, or listening to music. Reflect on how it feels to simply "be."
Authentic Sharing: Share a vulnerability or failure with someone you trust. Notice how this affects your connection with them.
Celebrate Progress: Write down five accomplishments from the past month that reflect effort, not just results. Focus on what you learned in the process.
