Intro to org admin course

Welcome! Congrats on becoming an Org Admin on an Enterprise plan. This course is designed for Org admins to learn about and set up their Enterprise account.

Org admin settings

All of the settings mentioned throughout the course can be found in either your workspace left navigation, a tab called “Admin settings”, or if you click into your profile pic, there will be an option called “Admin settings”. We have 2 roles, workspace and org admins. For customers setting up their account for the first time, we recommend that you have both the workspace and org admin role. If you are unable to access the settings you think you need, please contact our support team by pressing the question mark in the bottom right corner of your screen, and clicking ‘contact support’ on the bottom.
