,the local storyteller and foodie, says ‘’In my kitchen I will explain all the ingredients, with special attention to "Roman pancetta" that is the protagonist of our recipes. I will also explain how to recognise and choose ingredients.
Finally, we will prepare the 3 sauces that must be cooked at the same time as the pasta: that means that the preparation will be really fast, and amazingly delicious.
The first recipe you will cook along will be "Ajo, Ojo e Peperoncino", a spicy hot dressing that is the simplest way to have a Pasta dish in 10 minutes.
The second recipe is "Carbonara", the super famous Pasta with egg sauce and pancetta, that we will cook "family style"
The third recipe is "Puttanesca", a roman classic with tomatoes, olives, capers and... a secret ingredient!
Each guest will enjoy 3 dishes, each one with a (not so) small portion of pasta. This is what we call “assaggino” a taste of different recipes. It's just another way we love to eat pasta. After dinner you can enjoy a nice stroll to the Colosseo and Fori Romani that are only a 5 minute walk from my home.’’

,the local storyteller and foodie, says ‘’We all love pasta, but can you imagine how much more you'd love it if you made it from scratch yourself? Join me in my home, and we'll make a delicious fettuccine dish with homemade pasta from my own traditional recipe. Pasta is simple in theory but much more difficult in practice. I mean, it's mainly just flour, water, and eggs; how hard can it be?
I will teach you how to prepare the perfect pasta dough, how to stretch it, and how to cut typical fettuccine.
As all Italians say; "Pasta is nothing without its sauce." Well, okay, only I say it, but it's true. I can teach you how to cook the classic "Fresh Tomato Red Sauce" or the elegant "Sage & Butter White Sauce."
