📜 Some history: Tenuta Di Pietra Porzia hosts a farmhouse in the Castelli Romani, 18 km from Rome. It is a very rare example, around Rome, of a large winery that still offers an intact landscape of great charm.
The estate, 47 hectares of vineyards and olive groves , one of the most important in the Frascati area, is made up of a postmodern villa, a charming historic residence, a garden, a vegetable garden, a swimming pool and an ancient cellar.
Located in a building at the entrance to the estate, the Pietra Porzia cellar in Frascati harmonizes perfectly with the ancient cellar built in 1892 together with the farmhouse. Under the modern cellar, the cave dug into the tuff 2000 years ago recalls the oenological practices of the distant past.
Enjoy food and wine pairings at Pietra Porzia. It is a typical restaurant of Frascati, according to the tradition of the Castelli Romani, in which we offer the ancient recipes of the territory such as vignarola and artichokes alla giudia.
