Prototyping the Agent

Prototyping allows you to test and visualize how your agent will function. Thesys provides flexible prototyping options, letting you view the entire agent or specific flows.

Prototyping the Entire Agent

To preview the entire agent:
Click on the Preview Button:
Locate the Preview Button in the top-right corner of the interface.
View the Agent:
Clicking the button will open a prototype view of your agent.
Here, you can interact with your agent and see how it handles different queries and responses.
Test the Overall Flow:
This view allows you to test the conversational journey and ensure the transitions and interactions feel natural.

Prototyping a Specific Flow

If you want to test a specific flow within your agent:
Select the Response:
Click on the response where the flow begins.
Click the Play Icon:
You'll find a Play Icon on the selected response's header.
Clicking this icon will take you to the prototype view for that particular flow.
Test in Context:
This focused view allows you to quickly test and adjust responses within the flow, saving time and ensuring accuracy.
