Canvas is the workspace where you design and manage your chatbot flows. Selecting and moving elements effectively can significantly improve your efficiency and workflow.
Using a Trackpad 💻
Selecting Elements
When you open a project, the Select Tool is active by default. Shortcut: Press V to equip the Select Tool at any time. Click on any element in the canvas to select it. Once selected, its editing panel will appear, allowing you to make changes. Moving Across the Canvas
Use the Hand Tool to move around the canvas. Shortcut: Press H to switch to the Hand Tool. Drag the canvas with two fingers on the trackpad to pan and reposition it. Zooming In and Out
Pinch to zoom in and out of the canvas. Context Menu
Right-click on the canvas to open a context menu. This menu allows you to quickly add responses, queries, or triggers.

Hold Cmd/Ctrl and scroll the mouse wheel to zoom in and out of the canvas. Horizontal and Vertical Movement
Hold Option (Alt) and scroll the wheel to move vertically. Hold Shift and scroll the wheel to move horizontally. Context Menu
Right-click anywhere on the canvas to open the menu for adding responses, queries, or triggers.
