Action Flow

Response linking allows you to connect responses to external websites or other responses. This allows you to reuse existing flows and improve overall efficiency without the need to recreate conversations from scratch.

Linking to an External URL

If you want a response to direct users to an external website:
Start by adding a response to the query.
On the response header, locate the dropdown menu labeled "Card."
From the dropdown, select "External URL."
The response content will switch to a field where you can paste the desired URL.
Ensure the URL is correct to avoid broken links.
This feature is useful when you want to integrate external resources or guide users to specific web pages seamlessly.

Connecting to Another Response

Linking one response to another makes it easy to reuse existing conversational flows. Here's how:
Add a response to the query you're working on.
On the response header, click the "Card" dropdown menu.
Select "Jump to Response."
Navigate to the response you wish to link to, click its three-dot menu, and choose "Copy Response ID."
Return to your original response and paste the copied Response ID into the provided field.
